A pleating line stops when a roll is out of width, off gauge or has a damaged edge. Our inspection is built around the problems that stop filter lines.
Incoming material
Every lot of wire and coil is checked for diameter or thickness tolerance and surface condition before production.
Trial run first
The first metres of each order are inspected and approved before full production starts.
Every roll checked
Each roll is checked for surface defects, width, length and weight before packing.
Alloy verification
Stainless steel wire is checked with a handheld XRF analyzer to confirm the grade. EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates are available on request.
Certification
MAISHI operates an ISO-certified quality management system. Certificates are shown on maishimfg.com; test reports are available to buyers on request.
Packing
Rolls are packed to MAISHI export standard for sea freight unless you specify your own packing or labelling.
